I've included several versions of this, as they all highlight something different, The first one jumps into it, the second takes 2 minutes before he gets into the song, is slower and more deliberate with better audio. The third is an amazing cover of this and another song from a fan. And the fourth is just silly, and there for the sake of sillyness.

Leo kottke is a 12 string hero. This song is in a open tuning, and lowered a couple steps. He also uses a slid and fingerpicks. This song is a right of passage for some 12 string players. (unfortunately the audio is not the best quality.)



This is fairly recent, a bit slower and still nice.

This is posted elsewhere on the site. A wonderfull job, if you see this guy thank him and give him money. He opens with easter and the sargasso sea, then goes into vaseline machine gun.
